Depression is not a mental health issue nor a disease its a situation in which you stuck if you don't find a solution to exit from this situation then you will will be stuck in this situation.

Depression is not about one thing it can be about of various things related to for example like breakup , Relationship issue , career ,lost loved ones etc .

The most common thing about this situation is people cant share this problem to anybody, you should share with you loved one with whom you trust otherwise under this situation you can become frustrated and it can give birth to various disease also and make an negative impact on your life also.

Due to what people think about you if you share with them your Secrets you hide this type of secrets from others but my dear this is not the solution of your Situation . Try to take help from various resources also there are too many resources for consultation without showing your identity to them.

1.IDENTIFY YOUR EMOTIONS

From childhood we always learn to what is right things to do and what is wrong things to do but no one teach us the right lesson of our Human emotions how it works and how to take a control on it ? . Our emotions plays key role in our life, but most of the people don't know how to command them instead they receive order as a imagination or a Illusion , Due to which people come under trouble when they take action on illusions which is totally different from practical world. Become aware towards your emotions and feelings with the help of meditation .

2. DO MEDITATION

I will share one secret with you that your mind will never allow you to give command to your mind , your mind loves to give command that's why whenever you try to do meditation it will distract you by remembering that work which you already forget it will demoralized you because your mind very well acknowledge by doing meditation you can control your emotions as well as feelings also. With the practice of meditation you will find peace inside your body and become aware how your body works and once you become aware your life will transform. If you succeed in deep meditation then you can feel how your blood flows also .

3. Bring a New Pet

The mutual thing between you and me is we both need love but nowadays its very difficult to get a Loyalty in love from another person. The best way to be loved is by getting a new pet whether its a dog , cat or a parrot or any pet. Might be i cant explain 100% how it will effect your life once you buy a new pet. but i guarantee to you you will become more happy as per now because bringing a new pet is like a bringing a new family member in your life which will make a big impact on your life.
